Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Assistant for Retail to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of retail marketing principles, posting strategies, and e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada. As a Digital Marketing Assistant for Retail, you will assist in creating and implementing online marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing online marketing campaigns across Shopee and Lazada platforms
  • Create and curate engaging content (images, videos, and copy) for social media and e-commerce platforms
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and compelling ad creatives
  • Post and schedule content on Shopee and Lazada platforms, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and e-commerce platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the brand's online presence, including social media and e-commerce profiles

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail marketing
  • Strong knowledge of retail marketing principles, posting strategies, and e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada
  • Proficient in creating engaging content for social media and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with social media management tools and e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices
  • Familiarity with creative design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Certifications in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields
