JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Receive Requisitions from Warehouse (PR).
  • Conduct canvassing of materials (Marketplace, Shopee, Lazada, Google, and existing suppliers).
  • Prepare Purchase Orders (P.O.).
  • Responsible for routing Purchase Orders for approval from Accounting up to the President.
  • Responsible for sending the approved Purchase Order to the supplier (notice may be sent via email, Viber, call, or text).
  • Provide a duplicate copy of the approved Purchase Order to Warehouse and Accounting.
  • Maintain updated purchasing files.
  • Maintain updated supplier files for billing.
  • Check and monitor Warehouse stocks and stock cards.
  • Continuously outsource potential suppliers through Google, Marketplace, or Facebook.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
