SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

  • Responsible for the preparation of all documentation requirements related to delivery and pull-outs of outright and consignor tradable and non tradable items as per request of Product Demonstrators, Product Sales Specialist and Area Supervisors and ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.
  • Responsible in the monitoring of all tradable items for repair and undergoing repair in the warehouse, including providing feedback to Area Supervisors and Product Sales Specialist status of the items for repair.
  • Make sure that the stocks are pulled out and or delivered on the date committed to the customer.
  • Monitor all the deliveries and pulled out for VISMIN area.

PROCESSING OF CHARGES FOR DAMAGED TRADABLE ITEMS

  • Responsible in the preparation of charges for damaged tradable items to Product Demonstrators and other employees after undergoing final evaluation made by Operation and HR.

DOCUMENTATIONS

  • Ensure all documents related to delivery and pull-outs were properly secured for reference purposes.
  • Assisting Visayas and Mindanao delivery thru printing of needed box label.
  • Ensuring of per store monthly monitoring of pull out, delivery receipt, stocks transfer and other related delivery and pull out concerns.
  • Ensure to monitor non merchandise items and its store allocation properly.

Perform other functions that may be assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
