WORK LOCATION: DUBAI, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop architectural plans for retail fashion stores, including new locations and renovations.

Translate brand guidelines into physical store concepts and layouts.

Coordinate with internal teams, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure design alignment with business goals.

Oversee site planning, space allocation, lighting, and materials selection, ensuring all meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Liaise with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure design implementation aligns with the approved plans.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines, safety, and quality standards.

Prepare and present design proposals and 3D visualizations to management for approval.

Stay updated with retail design trends and suggest innovative concepts to enhance customer engagement.

"Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.

Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience, with at least 2–3 years in the retail fashion industry.

Strong knowledge of retail layout, customer flow, and brand identity integration.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.

Familiarity with local building codes, construction standards, and sustainability practices.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualities:

Experience working with international or regional fashion retail brands.

Portfolio showcasing completed retail fashion projects.
