Role Overview

The new supervisors will play a critical role in optimizing daily warehouse activities, ensuring seamless coordination across inbound/outbound logistics, and maintaining compliance with inventory accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing inbound/outbound processes, including receiving, quality checks, and shipment verification.
  • Managing inventory control (cycle counts, stock reconciliation, discrepancy resolution).
  • Supervising logistics handover procedures to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  • Leading a team to meet KPIs for efficiency, safety, and order fulfillment accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of warehouse operations experience required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, inventory tracking templates).
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for cross-departmental collaboration and reporting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Mandaue, Cebu
