Field Sales Representative (Construction Materials)

Location: Yellowbell Street, Greenpark, Cainta, Rizal

Employment Type: Full-time | Fieldwork and Office-based

Salary: ₱25,000 monthly

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Field Sales Representative with strong experience in the construction materials industry. The ideal candidate is skilled in building long-term client partnerships and confidently selling products such as tiles, sanitary ware, ceiling materials, kitchenware, metal framing, and ficem boards.

You will represent the company in both field and showroom settings, engaging with contractors, architects, engineers, hardware owners, and designers while promoting high-quality construction products.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or above
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related course (advantage but not required)
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the construction materials industry
  • Experience in tiles showroom sales, field marketing, and product demonstrations
  • Knowledge in:
  • Tiles and sanitary ware
  • Metal ceiling frames and metal framings
  • Ficem boards
  • Kitchenware and related construction products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in the field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting
  • Familiarity with construction site requirements and retail market behavior
  • Ability to drive or own a motorcycle is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within the construction and architectural industries
  • Promote and sell construction products including tiles, metal framings, ficem boards, sanitary ware, and kitchenware
  • Conduct site visits, assessments, and accurate measurements
  • Manage accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, hardware partners, and showroom walk-ins
  • Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with internal teams for order processing
  • Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager
  • Assist in quotations, follow-ups, payment processing, and documentation
  • Represent the company in field marketing activities, trade shows, and construction project presentations
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and project status
