ShareJob DescriptionThe Branch Manager is responsible for managing and supervising the overall operations of the branch. This includes implementing business development activities, developing sales channels, executing marketing strategies to meet volume targets for loans and deposits, and preparing and analyzing branch budgets. The role involves reviewing loan applications for compliance with bank policies, preparing loan recommendations for approval, and strengthening customer relationships.

The Branch Manager monitors loan accounts, approves billing and notices, and participates in meetings by reporting on branch accomplishments. Additionally, the manager oversees the performance of Account Officers, coordinates with HR for staffing needs, and ensures adherence to the Bank's Code of Ethics, Conduct, and Discipline. RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in banking, finance, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a branch or banking environment.

Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals and providing excellent customer service. Deep understanding of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and financial products.

Experience in managing branch operations, including security, cash handling, compliance, and risk management. Ability to promote and sell bank products to meet sales targets. Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to driving branch and bank success.
