Business Operations Manager

The Reserve Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Business Centers, assuming the position of absentee personnel and implementing policies with strict compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent implementation and compliance to bank policies and BSP/AMLA regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support business objectives.
  • Assume positions of Service Manager, Service Officer, Service Associate, and Service Associate-Pickup Teller in their absence.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks such as special investigations, reconciliation of unbalanced accounts, and ATM duty officers.
  • Process transactions within set limits and approvals.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work efficiently in a banking environment.
  • At least 4-year graduate degree in business or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
  • Advantageous if having sales experience in a bank.
  • Willingness to be assigned in different branches.
