  • Ensure that dining patrons are able to find a wine within their budget that fits their tastes and complements their food
  • Collaborate closely with chefs to craft wine pairings that elevate the overall dining experience
  • Support leaders and team members whenever needed in the restaurant, such as helping customers to decide the exact wine that best meets their needs
  • Act as a brand ambassador by delivering a personalized and memorable wine experience to every guest
Requirements
  • Food and beverage service working experience in recognized five-star hotels, resorts, cruise lines, casino or integrated properties
  • Extensive knowledge about wines, particularly Italian wines
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
  • Formal wine education or certification (e.g., WSET, CMS) is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in inventory system and related cost managing systems
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and in written English is required. Knowledge in Italian language is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance
  • Flexibility to work in any shift on any day of the week
