We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Supervisorto support our Finance Department's operations and ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting activities.

You will work closely with the Finance Team to handle core accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

Our ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate financial data into useful insights.

To succeed in this role, you should be proactive, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Ultimately, you will help ensure our financial processes run smoothly and support sound financial decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process and oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Participate in payroll preparation and validation.
  • Manage and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate and updated financial records and reports.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend improvements to strengthen financial processes and controls.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from top universities in Metro Manila.
  • At least 4–6 years of solid accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems/ERP and MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
