SINOMA CBMIPH, a subsidiary of SINOMA CBMI in the Philippines and a leading EPC contractor specializing in industrial engineering projects, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Market & Sales Manager based in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Manila. SINOMA CBMI ) is a global leading cement industry lifecycle solution provider. This role is ideal for a driven professional who excels in market development, client relationship building, and securing contracts for industrial plant construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for industrial engineering (EPC) projects in the Philippines.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with industrial project developers, stakeholders, and local authorities.

· Develop market strategies and lead negotiations to achieve sales targets and secure project contracts.

· Provide regular market analysis, industry insights, and strategic recommendations.

· Collaborate closely with the head office to ensure project alignment and effective project execution.

· Ability to undertake short-term travel within the Philippines as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.

· Proven track record in market development, sales management, or business development within the industrial EPC sector.

· Existing network and relationships with industrial project developers in the Philippines.

· Fluent in English (business proficiency); Native proficiency in Filipino (Tagalog).

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism.
