We are looking for a strategic Senior Manager, Integrated Retail Media to lead end-to-end media strategies that drive growth, engagement, and performance across digital and select ATL channels. This role will shape our retail media ecosystem, including digital marketing, performance campaigns, social media, affiliate marketing, and emerging platforms like TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrated Media Strategy: Develop and execute holistic media plans across digital, performance, social, and select ATL channels to meet brand, traffic, and sales goals.
  • Retail Media & E-Commerce: Optimize performance on retail media platforms (e.g., Optimo, TikTok Shop), maximizing ROI and conversions.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Performance & Analytics: Define KPIs, analyze campaign results, and apply insights for continuous improvement.
  • Content & Social Leadership: Drive content strategy, social media, and affiliate marketing to boost brand engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e-commerce, brand, creative) and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on trends in retail media and digital marketing, exploring new tools and platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in integrated media campaigns and digital marketing, ideally in retail or FMCG.
  • Strong e-commerce and digital performance expertise.
  • Proven success in managing multi-channel platforms to achieve business results.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic with a hands-on execution approach.
