  • Has at least 1-2 years in the related field.
  • ICD-10 Training Certification is a plus but not required.
  • Advanced understanding of medical terminology and administration processes.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Open to work on-site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for organizing and maintaining patients' medical records, including personal information, medical history and billing records.
  • Creates new medical records
  • Retrieve existing medical records by gathering appropriate record folders and contents
  • Assigning and recording new records numbers
  • Verifying existing record number
  • Inputting & recording locations to computer and delivering records
  • Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records accordingly and properly
  • Observes a high level of confidentiality in all matter related to client /patient information
  • Maintains complete, accurate, concise, and updated documentation of patient care.
  • Encodes necessary patient information and patient charts in the CRM/CIMS
  • Other tasks that management may assign from time to time relevant to job position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
