In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Research and enrich prospect data using approved third-party tools and databases.
- Obtain and cross-check prospect contact information from various data sources.
- Accurately assign and tag lead contacts and direct it to the correct Sales contacts.
- Manage data standardization, normalization tools, CRM synching, and cadence set-up.
- Research, test, and implement database enrichment and sales enablement strategies.
- Work closely with product owners, data architects, and software engineers to ensure our data infrastructure is reliable and efficient.
- Manage and maintain account and contact data within our related prospecting tools.
- Clean, validate, and deduplicate prospect records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Act as a gatekeeper along with the system administrator on activities pertaining to prospect data such as data integrity, enrichment and cleaning program.
- Build, optimize, and document workflows that improve the efficiency of data intake, enrichment, and handoff to sales/marketing teams.
- Develop reports and dashboards that provide visibility into data quality, coverage, and workflow performance.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and other business-related courses
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, marketing operations, data management, or related roles.
- Experience working with data tools/CRMs and an ability to streamline processes that ensure our go-to-market teams have accurate, actionable information.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Oracle CRM) and prospecting/data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clearbit).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with data manipulation, cleaning techniques, and formula-based automation.
- Basic knowledge in Data Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Familiarity with workflow automation and enablement tools (e.g., SalesLoft, Zapier, Workato, HubSpot Workflows, Salesforce Flows, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Working experience in CRM and data enrichment tools is a plus.
