Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Demand Planner Associate to support inventory planning, monitoring, and reconciliation activities. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy across all storage locations, coordinating stock movements, and assisting in overall supply chain operations to support smooth and cost-efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track inventory levels in warehouses, production areas, and stores
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or variances
  • Assist in inventory planning and stock allocation across locations
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements with warehouse and logistics teams
  • Ensure proper documentation of inventory receipts, transfers, and adjustments
  • Support procurement in monitoring supplier deliveries and lead times
  • Generate inventory reports and analyze stock performance, slow-moving items, or shortages
  • Assist in setting and maintaining stock thresholds and reorder points
  • Participate in system improvements and inventory control process reviews

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
