Job Description

Overview:

As QA Manager, you will lead the QA department, manage team performance, and shape quality strategy across the organization. You'll ensure scalable processes are in place to support product and delivery goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee QA resource planning, hiring, and development.

• Align QA goals with product and engineering roadmaps.

• Standardize and enforce test automation and CI/CD practices.

• Build and monitor QA metrics and KPIs.

• Work closely with product, design, and engineering leaders.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years in management.

• Experience in building and scaling QA teams and processes.

• Strategic thinker with strong people and project management skills.

• Familiarity with modern QA stack and tools.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of ISO, SOC2, or other QA compliance standards.

• Experience in quality governance across multiple products/platforms.

• Experience overseeing automation strategy using tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent.

• Proven experience in scaling automation efforts across teams or products.
