About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team at KIMSTORE ENTERPRISE CORP.' in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting our Accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Preparing financial reports and statements on a regular basis
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Providing support for payroll processing and tax filing
  • Performing other administrative and accounting duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bookkeeping or Accounting Assistant role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledgeable in SAP B1 is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting principles and best practices
