  • Should have at least 2 years voice experience in proficient bilingual Spanish support
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish Communication skills
  • Collections experience is highly preferred
  • Good customer service skills
  • Willing to work on Shifting Schedules, Weekends or Holidays.
  • Can start immediately.
  • Must be willing to work onsite
