· Communicate with customers in a professional manner & provide solution for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing the customer support.

LOCATION: Bridgetowne, Quezon City

POSITION: Customer Service Representative – SPANISH BILINGUAL

WORK SET-UP: Pure Onsite, Nightshift

START DATE: Urgent / ASAP

(REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS)

  • AT LEAST High School Graduate with 2 Years BPO voice experience in Spanish Support
  • Must Be Filipino Citizen
  • Above Average English Communication Skills
  • Amenable to work ONSITE and with Shifting schedules
  • Can start ASAP
