The Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, or chat. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in both English and Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls Spanish-speaking customers
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, accuracy, and productivity
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures
  • Qualifications:
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Atleast 2 years of experience in a Spanish bilingual voice account
  • Preferably with collections or financial account background
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedules
  • Can start immediately
