Work you'll do

BILLING ANALYST (1)

• Prepares the statutory invoices and send the original copy to clients.
• Assists in the preparation of Internal Support recharge billing to other local (PH) intercompany.
• Raises ticket for FI & non-billable engagement invoices to GFS snow.
• Assists in tracking the outstanding balances and coordinate with the Collection Team.
• Assists in AR Schedule as needed.
• Encodes daily the Summary list of sales on BIR Relief.
• Issues Statement of Account to clients.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

COLLECTION ANALYST (1)

• Issues and sends original copy of BIR Official Receipts to clients.
• Ensures accurate and timely posting of collections to GFS SharePoint.
• Checks the ROB transactions and coordinate the recording with GFS.
• Checks payment discrepancies and the under/over payment of clients.
• Maintains accurate records of client payments and apply them to the correct statutory invoices.
• Provides excellent client service, addressing inquiries and concerns related to collection.
• Works with other BUs to ensure a smooth collection process.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

ACCOUNTING ANALYST - PTP (1)

• Scans daily the expense claim report and receive the hard copies of invoices/or receipts.
• Assists on the Summary List of Purchases required to submit with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
• Prepares No Invoice payment (NIP) for staff last pay.
• Liaises with GFS on staff claims queries, issues, and dispute, if any.
• Clears staff ledger accounts.
• Processes last pay clearance in relation to Finance transactions.
• Monitors credit card liquidation and payment.
• Validates the amount with the credit card statement of account.
• Prepares journal workflow and raise to GFS for posting and payment.
• Liaises with Bank on the payment allocation.
• Prepares assigned schedules in a timely manner to support financial reports either monthly, quarterly, or annually for internal and external reporting.
• Assists the month-end/year-end closing activities to ensure recording of journal entries and meeting business deadlines and requirements.
• Prepares ad hoc reports and analyses as required.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or similar courses.
• With 1-2 years experience gained from related industries fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft office suite.
