This involves identifying overdue accounts, contacting clients, negotiating payment terms, and resolving discrepancies in payment records. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesAR Confirmation: Conduct reviews and confirmation of 2022 and prior outstanding Accounts Receivable balances.

Communicate with clients to confirm balances, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Maintain a systematic approach to meet timelines. Reconciliation: Perform periodic reconciliation of AR records, investigate variances, collaborate with internal teams, and verify invoices matching client requests for 2022 and prior balances.

Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of activities, generate reports on AR status, variances, and resolutions, and provide regular updates to management. Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth AR processes and issue resolution. QualificationsProven experience as a Collection Associate or similar role.

Strong understanding of billing and collections processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
