Best Tools is seeking Sales Associates for our COMMONWEALTH QC branch

Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated Sales Associates to assist customers, recommend products, and contribute to achieving store sales goals. This position is essential in promoting merchandise, supporting daily store operations, and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Increase sales by suggesting products, upselling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Keep updated on product information, specifications, and current promotions.
  • Build customer loyalty through excellent service and relationship management.
  • Support customers before, during, and after sales transactions.
  • Participate in store promotions or special events when needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or currently at the college level.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in sales or retail is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
  • Committed to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Available to start immediately.
  • Willing to attend training in Manila.
