The Aspire BL Financial analyst will be a key role in supporting the Aspire Business Line CFO on matters related to Aspire business management reporting, financial KPI tracking, forecasting and budgeting and G&A management

Business Management Review, Reporting and Financial KPI tracking

  1. Support Aspire BL CFO in reporting and analytics for Aspire MMR covering insights on performance by regions and sub-locations
  2. Support in establishing and tracking performance dashboard for Aspire BL KPIs
  3. Track CAPEX investment and G&A expenses by functions

Forecasting, Planning and Budgeting

  1. Organize and coordinate the monthly review, quarterly forecast and annual budgeting process
  2. Lead in systems submission requirements for monthly outlook/forecasting and annual budgeting
  3. Provide consolidated view of Aspire P&L with assessment on Revenue to GOP performance by location Support in preparing the annual budgeting and target setting presentation pack
  4. Provide all the required analysis to support growth and investment discussions

G&A Expense Management

  1. Responsible for monthly functional expense reporting and tracking including generation and distribution of detailed and required assessment reports to manage Aspire BL G&A and headcount.
  2. Validate monthly accruals and recharges for Aspire BL; work closely with Corp HQ finance and accounting teams to validate transactions
  3. Develop strong working relationship with Group finance team on expense reporting processes, data requirements, & expectations, and drive opportunities for improvement in expenses.
  4. Provide ad hoc financial reporting and analysis as and when required
