Job Summary:
The Merchandising Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring merchandising projects to ensure smooth and timely execution.
This role works closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure product availability, accurate visual displays, and alignment with brand strategies.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor merchandising projects from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure product availability.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Assist in product display planning, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for management review.
- Ensure all activities align with brand guidelines and market strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in merchandising, retail operations, or project coordination preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
Willing to deployed in Cagayan De Oro and Iligan.
Job Type: Fixed term
