We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our team. The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services at the best value.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain quality materials and services at competitive prices.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company requirements.
  • Maintain updated records of purchases, suppliers, and pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to forecast needs.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
  • Assist in cost control and budget monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business course
  • At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
