BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE GENERAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION (JOB SUMMARY)

  • Oversees and leads three divisions (the Planning Surveillance Division, the Monitoring and Evaluation Division, and the Management Information Systems Division) to: (a) Ensure that cohesive strategic and operational plans are established across all units; and (b) Equip Management with comprehensive information and analysis of Pag-IBIG Fund's performance vis-a-vis its performance targets to assist Management make timely and informed decisions on matters affecting business operations of the Fund.
