Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Specialist

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BS Industrial Engineer, Statistics, Management, or any related fields
- At least 5 years' experience in Lean Six Sigma Methodology in Insurance, Fintech or BPO industries.
- At least 5 years' experience in process engineering, process improvement, quality management system and project management.
- Has 5 years of experience in Data analysis and reporting
- Senior Business Analyst with Process Improvement/Transformation background
- Background on Insurance or Fin-Tech or BPO industries
- CertifiedLean Six Sigma Green Belt or better
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify / understand current pain points coming from Processes, Systems, and People that can be converted into Continuous Improvement Projects.
- Mentor individuals on how they can do things more effectively and efficiently by providing common understanding on the Continuous Improvement Methodology.
- Serve as a process coach to guide team towards operational excellence
- Provide weekly and/or monthly reports in terms of the project and other initiative status
- Create a campaign / promotion for Continuous Improvement programs / initiatives.
