About the role

We are seeking a Process Improvement Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Philtech' in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving continuous improvement across our operations, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Implement lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows and eliminate waste
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute process improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of improvement efforts
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on process improvement techniques
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and recommend innovative solutions
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and process documentation

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in a process improvement or operational excellence role
  • Strong understanding of lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address root causes
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of relevant tools and software
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
  • Project management experience, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver improvement initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
