Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a People Services Coordinator who will be responsible in providing a range of high quality, accurate and timely HR administrative and advisory support to ensure the delivery people services across GHD.  The role requires an understanding of People (HR) policies and processes, excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. 

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Proactively advise and support the operational delivery of all People processes and initiatives across the employee lifecycle
  • Provide a range of administrative support including responding to employee queries, facilitating transactions with the HRIS (GPS) and supporting a range of employee life cycle events
  • Where required, create documentation to capture required updates, leveraging existing templates and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Ensuring transactions with the HRIS are accurate and processed in a timely manner
  • Resolve requests promptly whilst maintaining accuracy and quality standards across all People Services systems
  • Support with coordination of request across other parts of the People Team, Information Services (IS) and Payroll
  • Handle incoming calls to provide optimal resolution for stakeholders ensuring that all contacts are recorded in the People Services ticketing system
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Oracle or similar system and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in HR and/or HR Shared Services environment
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong focus on service delivery.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a global environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Capacity to prioritize between multiple tasks

Work schedule: Monday to Friday / Shifting schedule / Hybrid – 3 days in the office

This job offer is based in Makati City.

GHD offices will be closed from 24 December 2025 and will reopen on 12 January 2026. We will be in contact in the new year after reviewing all applications.
