Scope of position

Manage the accounting and invoicing processes for Asia Region.

Facilitate smooth collaboration among stakeholders and ensure an efficient workflow.

Act as the central communication hub to guarantee that tasks are delivered, deadlines are met, and invoicing requirements are fully issued.

Tasks and responsibilities ·

Verify and review disbursement accounts received from agents and Vendors and communicate with them to implement any required changes.

Generate invoices in accordance with our policies and review them for accuracy, ensuring all details such as price, quantity, and items are correct before delivery.

Maintain and update OneDrive to ensure data accuracy and update accounting records. · Review debit and credit card expense reports

Perform periodic reconciliation of the balance sheet and profit & loss statements, assisting with budget preparation. · Record general ledger entries accurately and promptly using dedicated software in accordance with company requirements.

Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements and skills:

  • Preferably a CPA license holder
  • Experience handling end to end PH accounting process and accounting compliances is required.
  • Knowledge on Australian accounting system and laws is preferred.
  • matured; can work independently and with minimal supervision

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Australian Account: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • CPA (Preferred)
