About the Role

As the Finance Manager (CPA), you will take the lead in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term success. You will be a key strategic partner to the leadership team, providing expert financial guidance to support decision-making and business development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to management
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to drive high performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with overall business goals
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of long-term financial plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA license (required)
  • Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in a finance management role, preferably in real estate or construction
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
