Position Summary

The Head of Risk & Compliance shall be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive risk management and compliance program that supports the organization's strategic objectives while ensuring adherence to all applicable environmental, legal, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the company's risk management framework in alignment with operational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental laws, including RA 9003, RA 11898, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, and regulations of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
  • Lead the organization in maintaining certifications and compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO and other applicable Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Establish systems for continuous monitoring, reporting, and documentation of compliance performance.
  • Collaborate with operational, environmental, and safety teams to promote lawful and ethical waste handling practices.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on risk awareness, compliance procedures, and ethical conduct.
  • Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends, and ensure the company's policies and procedures are updated accordingly.

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
