We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer with expertise in n8n, AI-driven process automation, and AI agent integration. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining innovative business automation solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and leverage cutting-edge AI technologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, architect solutions, and ensure that automations run reliably at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Design & Development: Create and implement business automations using n8n, AI agents, and workflow automation platforms.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI models and agents for intelligent decision-making, data enrichment, and process optimization.
  • Workflow Automation: Build, optimize, and maintain automated workflows across systems, APIs, and business tools.

What You Need

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in implementing business process automations with proven expertise in n8n, including workflow design, custom nodes, integrations, and error handling.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI and AI agents into business processes, leveraging strong Python programming skills for automation scripting and AI integration.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for custom workflow development along with strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and data transformation techniques.
  • Solid understanding of automation best practices such as error handling, logging, scalability, and experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail, ensuring reliable, maintainable, and efficient automation solutions.
