Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to fraud policies and regulatory requirements by monitoring the correctness and completeness of all procedures aligned with established standards.
  • Monitor process manuals for quality reviews and regulatory reports, updating them annually or as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of control and compliance, ensuring no audit fails of any type.
  • Conduct timely and regular quality and control monitoring, including call listening, in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Send communications and conduct training sessions on business policy reminders and implementations.
  • Lead data management, asset management, and DPA controls for the unit.
  • Monitor rule efficiency of IF Tool alerts aligned with employee code of conduct and applicable policies.
  • Closely monitor employee investigation and sanction closure for identified internal fraud incidents.
  • Contribute to internal fraud risk assessments as an advisor in your area of expertise, applying knowledge of strategies, theories, and concepts to identify process gaps and vulnerabilities.
  • Review system alerts on suspicious and unusual employee transactions, immediately escalating to responsible business heads.
  • Escalate internal fraud vulnerabilities observed during IF/IFR review to ensure robust internal fraud controls are in place.
