Position Overview
The CEO Secretary provides comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is responsible for coordinating daily executive affairs, managing schedules, meetings, documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between senior management and internal departments. The position requires high professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in handling daily administrative and executive affairs, including schedule coordination, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Draft, review, and manage executive documents and external correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Organize and document high-level meetings, follow up on decisions, and track execution progress
- Coordinate communication and workflow between departments and senior management
- Manage and safeguard important company documents and confidential information
- Represent the CEO in handling certain external affairs and maintain professional relationships on behalf of executive leadership
- Manage and support the executive secretarial team to improve overall execution efficiency and administrative support quality
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Preferred majors: Administrative Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Law, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a senior executive secretary or executive assistant
- Experience in large or multinational enterprises is an advantage
