On-site - Taguig 3-5 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Assist the CEO in handling daily affairs, comprehensively arranging schedules, meetings and travel arrangements; Draft and review senior-level documents and external correspondence to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information; Organize and record minutes of senior-level company meetings, and follow up on the implementation of resolutions; Coordinate communication and business flow between departments and the board of directors/management; Manage important company files and data to ensure information confidentiality and orderliness; Represent the CEO in handling some external affairs and maintain the professional image of senior management; Manage the secretary team to improve overall execution and administrative support efficiency. Requirements A bachelor's degree - Majors in administrative management, business management, secretarial studies, law, and other related fields are preferred. At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an executive assistant or secretary. Those with a background in foreign-funded enterprises or large enterprises are preferred. Possess excellent organizational and coordination skills, document writing skills, and communication and expression abilities. Have quick thinking and strong execution ability, and be able to efficiently complete multiple tasks under high-pressure environments. Have a high degree of professional ethics and confidentiality awareness, be meticulous, rigorous, and highly responsible. Be proficient in operating office software (such as Word, Excel, PPT), and be fluent in English and Chinese in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
