Commission Pay of at least 20k up to 40k depending on sales and performance.

  • Engage with customers and promptly respond to inquiries on our Facebook page, providing accurate product information, pricing, and any other relevant details.
  • Assist customers in understanding the features, benefits, and variations of different products to help them make informed purchase decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with other staff members to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication.
  • Proactively follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and guide them through the sales process.
  • Process orders and sales transactions accurately, ensuring that customer information and preferences are recorded appropriately.
  • Generate daily reports summarizing customer interactions, inquiries, and sales performance.
  • Assist in maintaining the Facebook page's content, ensuring that it remains up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to effectively address customer queries.
  • Assist in handling customer concerns and providing effective solutions, aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Support the sales team in administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and record maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially for engaging with customers (Facebook, Messenger, etc.).
  • Ability to explain technical or complex product information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in addressing customer needs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
