Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote (U.S.-based Company)

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST | Monday to Friday

Start: Immediate Joiners Only

Role Overview:

Market Maker MGMT is a YouTube marketing agency managing channels across multiple industries worldwide. We specialize in scaling brands through storytelling, content strategy, and digital growth systems. We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Project Manager who thrives on communication, coordination, and keeping creative workflows on track.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary link between clients and internal creative teams

  • Help editors locate and organize content efficiently

  • Respond promptly to client messages and ensure smooth communication

  • Update and maintain Airtable for tracking project status and deliverables

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely project completion

  • Monitor daily operations and support the team to stay on schedule

  • Work according to the EST time zone to align with U.S.-based clients

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (client-facing role)

  • Proven experience managing creative or marketing projects (YouTube, video, or social media preferred)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Familiarity with Airtable, Google Drive and project tracking tools

  • Calm under pressure, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Prior experience with U.S. clients or marketing agencies is a plus
