Job Summary:

The Technical Writer for IT Knowledge Management will be capturing, organizing, and maintaining documentation across multiple IT groups including IT Operations, IT Finance, IT Logistics, and the Program Management Office (PMO). This role ensures that technical processes, policies, and workflows are clearly documented, accessible, and aligned with CPFI standards.

Job Functions:

  • Create and maintain documentation for IT services, systems, and procedures including SOPs, user guides, process flows, and policy manuals.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for end users.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to capture tacit and explicit knowledge, ensuring it is structured and stored in centralized repositories.
  • Participate in weekly service management meetings and project reviews to stay updated on changes and priorities.
  • Conduct usability reviews and incorporate feedback from users.

Qualifications:

  • 4 Years Computer-related course (Open to Fresh Graduates)
  • Knowledgeable in MS O365
  • Knowledgeable in flow charts creation and process flow documentations.
