Service Department Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Coordinate with technicians and other departments to schedule and manage service appointments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service requests, appointments, and work orders
  • Assist in preparing and processing service-related documents, such as work orders and invoices
  • Collaborate with the Service Department team to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role (Preferably in Construction)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
