  • Expected salary: ₱30,000 - ₱40,000 per month

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financing, or equivalent courses.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and/or Credit and Collection.
  • Prior exposure in leadership or supervisory role is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software in particular to SAP and QuickBooks.
  • CPA license is an advantage but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the billing and collection department.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing of clients.
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding overdue accounts and resolve disputes.
  • Implement and maintain credit control procedures and collection strategies.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare regular AR reports and assist in monthly closing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Train, evaluate, and guide AR staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Chief of Finance.
