RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a key member in managing day-to-day client requirements and contributing to overall client engagement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of reports, analyses, and other requirements.
  • Provide accurate analysis and interpretation of data. Generate meaningful insights from research data to add real value to the client.
  • Work closely with Project Management Team to ensure seamless project execution from scripting, data collection, data processing, and reporting.
  • Keep abreast of current trends within the market to have good understanding of client business.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • Degree in Business, Social Science, Statistics, or related studies
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in market research, preferably with background on quantitative and tracking / audit research
  • Preferably with working knowledge and understanding of customized research – preparation and review of questionnaires & scripts, field work monitoring and management, with familiarity on pitches / proposals, etc.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional data preparation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive / self-motivated
  • Able to work effectively in a team and independently.
