We're Hiring: Corporate Research & Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Research & Development Manager to lead our innovation efforts and drive product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in research methodologies, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance our product offerings and ensure alignment with market needs.

Location: Makati, Philippines
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Corporate Research & Development Manager

What You'll Do:
Lead R&D projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery of innovative solutions.
Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D initiatives with business objectives.
Identify emerging trends and technologies that could impact the company's future direction.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on R&D progress.
Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 8 years of experience in research & development or related fields.
Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
