Role Overview

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building, training, and managing your own sales team
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies to hit and exceed targets
  • Identifying new business opportunities and markets
  • Nurturing strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Representing Manulife with professionalism, integrity, and commitment to financial security

 
Qualifications

  • Proven skills in 
    sales strategy development
     and 
    target achievement
  • Strong background in 
    client relationship building
     and 
    market research
  • Effective in 
    identifying business opportunities
     and driving results
  • Excellent 
    communication and negotiation
     skills
  • Experience in the 
    financial services or insurance industry
     is a 
    plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
