ROLE DESCRIPTION

The
Unit Head Associates
will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of agents, developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring that team goals are met. In this role, the Unit Manager will conduct training sessions, provide mentorship and support to team members, and drive business growth. Daily responsibilities include setting targets, evaluating agent progress, and implementing plans to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring

* Sales and marketing skills, with a strong track record in developing and implementing sales strategies

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills

* Analytical skills and ability to evaluate performance metrics and drive improvements

* Organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

* Relevant experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus
