Qualifications/Skills:

  • Degree of BS Mechanical Engineering
  • License Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME)
  • Minimum 5 yrs. Experience in facilities and maintenance engineering (preferably from semiconductor set up)

Key tasks/key responsibilities:

  • Organize and oversee the implementation of operation and maintenance program relative to
  • repair, corrective, and periodic maintenance of machine, including but not limited to securing of spare parts, tools, corrective-preventive actions & providing technical evaluation and analysis.
  • Knowledge in Preventive Maintenance; create maintenance plan, task, strategy and spare parts enrollment.
  • Drive facilities & maintenance cost efficiently.
  • With hands on maintenance experience.
  • Ensures maintenance documentations, instructions, reports and other documents are updated & available.
  • Drives necessary actions to satisfy performance indicator requirements.
  • Contribute and comply with company's program in relation to Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety.
  • Compliance to all regulatory and statutory requirements on machine, building and EHS operations.
  • Direct and provide initial level decisions during emergency situations.
  • Perform such other related task.
