  • Design mechanical components, systems, and products using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Conduct engineering analyses (stress, thermal, vibration, etc.) to ensure product reliability and performance.
  • Create detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Oversee prototype development and testing, analyze test results, and recommend design modifications.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, electrical, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration and production.
  • Evaluate and select materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and client specifications.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical failures or production issues and implement corrective actions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in mechanical design and engineering (typically 2–5+ years).
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and materials science.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards (e.g., ISO, ASME) is a plus.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is an advantage but not required.
