About the role

Styrotech Corporation is seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Meycauayan City, Bulacan. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth and enhance our brand presence in the market.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans to support.
  • Manage and coordinate trade marketing activities, including promotional campaigns, sales support initiatives, and trade show participation
  • Analyse market data and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform trade marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align trade marketing efforts with customer needs and channel partner requirements
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Maintain relationships with key trade partners and distributors, ensuring effective communication and alignment on marketing activities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of brand-building initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing or a related field, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns that have driven sales growth and improved brand visibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Familiarity with trade marketing best practices, including promotional tactics, trade show management, and channel partner engagement
  • Adaptable and agile, with the ability to respond to changing market conditions and evolving customer needs
