The Finance and Accounting Manager oversees all financial and accounting operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in supporting the company's growth by providing strategic financial insights and maintaining strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to ensure healthy financial performance.
  • Implement and maintain financial policies, systems, and internal controls.
  • Oversee inventory valuation, costing, and asset management related to furniture production and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, government regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the accounting and finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support management with feasibility studies, pricing strategies, and cost analyses for new products or projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and government compliance.
  • Experience in manufacturing, trading, or furniture industry preferred.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
